Job Description
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in a cardiac care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology procedures with the ability to provide high-quality patient care before during and after procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the cardiac catheterization lab
- Assist physicians during cardiac and interventional radiology procedures
- Monitor patient condition and respond to clinical changes
- Administer medications and manage sedation as required
- Prepare patients pre-procedure and provide post-procedure recovery care
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in New York
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Strong critical care and cardiac monitoring skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced procedural environment
