Shift: Day Shift 8-hour shifts (approximately 3 days per week)
Job Description
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for a part-time travel assignment in a clinical therapy setting. The SLP will be responsible for evaluating diagnosing and treating speech language cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech language and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document evaluations progress notes and therapy outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and techniques
- Maintain compliance with clinical documentation and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license (Washington state or eligible)
- CCC-SLP preferred
- Clinical experience in outpatient hospital or rehabilitation settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a travel assignment structure
