- Own the front end of the pipelineprospect network and generate new high-value opportunities with builders architects and affluent homeowners
- Act as a trusted authority leading clients from initial vision through to fully realized design-driven technology solutions
- Run high-impact consultations that uncover lifestyle aspirations and convert them into compelling must-have systems
- Present negotiate and close large-scale automation AV and integrated technology projects
- Partner with internal engineering and field teams to ensure every project delivers at a world-class level
- Represent best-in-class brands including Savant Crestron Sonance James and Focal/Naim
- A true hunter mentalityyou prospect relentlessly follow up aggressively and hate losing deals
- Proven track record (5 years) of closing complex high-ticket sales (preferably in technology construction or luxury markets)
- Highly skilled in conceptual sellingyou sell vision lifestyle and outcomes not just products
- Confident operating in high-end environments with discerning high-net-worth clients and professional teams
- Able to create urgency handle objections and control the sales process from first contact to signed contract
- Strong technical intuition with the ability to translate complex systems into clear compelling narratives
- Excellent communicator with executive-level presence
