Job Summary

Were hiring a hands-on Material Handler Lead to keep materials moving support the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What Youll Do:

Lead daily material handling activities and support production needs
Coordinate team workflow to ensure on-time movement of materials
Troubleshoot material flow/process issues
Train and support team members; help drive performance
Assist with hiring coaching and employee development
Identify and implement process improvements
Maintain a strong focus on safety accuracy and organization

What Were Looking For:

3 years in a Lead or Supervisory role (material handling/manufacturing)
Strong mechanical/technical aptitude
Forklift/material handling experience
Team-oriented with solid communication skills
Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Microsoft Office (Oracle is a plus)
Willing to work overtime/weekends as needed
Able to lift up to 40 lbs
