About the position:

As Junior Recruiter you will play a crucial role in the day to day operations of Stellar Health Recruiting Team. Reporting to the VP People you will be tasked with supporting the full-cycle recruitment process for positions across both technical and non-technical functions. Your responsibilities will include sourcing interviewing scheduling reporting and general ATS administration. This is a great role for someone with one to two years of experience who is looking to expand their career in Recruiting.

What youll do:

• Support full-cycle recruiting across functions including (but not limited to) GTM Operations Customer Success Finance Product Engineering and Enterprise Analytics.

• Independently manage aspects of the recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and scheduling.

• Implement personalized and strategic sourcing efforts to identify and engage high-caliber technical talent ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates who align with our companys mission and values.

• Utilize data to continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting processes enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

• Proactively manage up to address and resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment process ensuring timely progress by communicating challenges and collaborating on solutions.

• Maintain a high degree of accountability for your work consistently delivering on your goals.

As a Junior Recruiter you should have:

• A minimum of 1 year of career experience in recruiting is required.

• Prior experience with Ashby is required.

• Intermediate Excel skills highly preferred.

• Excellent time management project management and prioritization skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

• Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

• High degree of professionalism integrity and ethics and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

• Knowledge of the tech market trends and challenges and a keen interest in staying updated on the latest developments.
