Your Role as a CNA:

• Assist the Dietitian in identifying residents dietary needs and implementing dietary programs.
• Communicate residents nutritional and therapeutic dietary needs with families staff and healthcare professionals.
• Complete and maintain dietary assessments care plans and progress notes in accordance with regulations.
• Promote a calm supportive and caring environment for residents and staff.
• Follow infection control safety sanitation andHIPAA guidelines.
• Participate in in-service programs educational opportunities and team meetings.
• Support the care team and perform other duties as assigned.
• Promote dignity comfort and well-being.

What Were Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a major in food or nutrition.
• CurrentRegistered Dietetic Technician (DTR) credential.
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Compassion professionalism and a positive attitude when working with residents and families.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful or emotionally challenging situations.
• Physical ability to perform duties that require standing walking bending and assisting residents as needed.
• Commitment to resident dignity safety and well-being.
