Job Description:
At Regions the Consumer Real Estate Products and Secondary Marketing Manager manages products pricing hedging investor management and sales of mortgage loans. Manages all consumer lending products the mortgage post-closing area and consumer lending credit risk and compliance functions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversees the pricing and hedging of interest rate risk for residential mortgages including mortgages exposed to interest rate risk resulting in losses to the bank if not properly managed
- Manages the development and maintenance ofreal estate products to ensure competitiveness customer needs are met and falls within risk management statement and objectives
- Oversees management of mortgage secondary market investor and mortgage insurance relationships
- Manages Consumer Lending first line credit strategy and administration
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
This is a single incumbent position.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Ten (10) years of mortgage and consumer lending experience and/or secondary marketing experience
Preferences
- Masters Degree

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience skills knowledge contribution job location and most importantly performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
