Trading Operator Racing

As a Trading Operator you will play a key role within the Racing Trading team combining market knowledge with strong operational execution to deliver highquality trading outcomes. Reporting to the Team Lead Racing you will help manage racing events across all codes execute trading strategies and optimise product and pricing decisions aligned to customer behaviour and risk settings.

Working closely with analysts commercial partners and risk teams you will contribute to continuous improvement of trading processes tools and insights. This role is handson fastpaced and ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys making dataled decisions in real time.

• Execute trading strategies and manage pricing for race meetings across all codes
• Support customer profiling and segmentation to enhance trading and pricing models
• Deliver against trading KPIs with precision accountability and attention to detail
• Partner with analysts and stakeholders to support datainformed decision making
• Identify opportunities to improve trading processes tools and performance
