Job Summary
General Responsibilities
- Support the achievement of service sales/solutions target
- Identify and create new opportunities and work with sales / service leaders and account teams (where applicable) to continuously increase prospect and opportunity funnel
- Conduct on-site installation and commissioning of automation equipment
- Conduct training on operation setup and maintenance of equipment at site
- Provide after sales technical and support activities of equipment
- Conduct product application testing for customers
- Develop and build relationships with customers to achieve business objectives (solution provider)
- Identify emerging markets and market shift while fully aware our product/ client and competition status
- Update pipelines and status weekly to department
Functional Skills and Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experiences in SMT Semiconductor or Automation Machine
- Has experience in trouble-shooting electrical control
- Will be able to travel overseas on short notice
- Able to work independently possesses initiative & able to work well in a team setting
- Has good communication skills
Education
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronics
