Student Assistant E-commerce, Marketing

In the role as eCommerce Student Assistant you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer and provide support to our markets with managing their eCommerce solutions.

The Team You Will be Part of:

The Digital Product Portfolio team looks after the eCommerce solutions for the Hearing business as well as working with our partners in DDI (Data Digital and IT) to enhance the Online Customer Experience. We deal with a large number of very diverse stakeholders every day including sales subsidiaries product management and DDI.

Your contribution is appreciated and you will:

• Be the Sitecore eCommerce Super User: Support and maintenance of eCommerce websites. Also provides How-to support fixing problems and training of local editors.
• Look after Master Data: Supports the team with Master Data management tasks during product launches.
• Support our markets with ad-hoc requests

To thrive in the role we imagine that you

• Most likely you are in the early years of your studies which can be either IT-oriented or Marketing/communication-oriented
• You have knowledge of CM systems preferably Sitecore
• You are familiar with Microsoft Office
• Experience with PIM systems is a plus
