Due to continued growth they are looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of an established client base and support ongoing expansion.

The Role Account Manager (Managed IT Services)

This position is ideal for a commercially driven Account Manager who enjoys developing client relationships and uncovering new opportunities within existing accounts.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business customers acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring services align with their evolving needs. Working closely with technical specialists youll help deliver tailored solutions across managed services cloud cyber security and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships across an existing portfolio of clients
  • Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across IT services and solutions
  • Conduct regular service and account reviews to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Act as the primary point of contact delivering a proactive and seamless client experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver effective value-led solutions
  • Contribute to revenue growth through strategic account development

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience in an Account Management role within IT services MSP or technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of managed IT cloud platforms and cyber security services
  • Commercially aware with a track record of growing accounts and generating revenue
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a structured and strategic way
  • Self-motivated with a proactive results-oriented mindset
