Quality In-Process Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage in-process quality control activities across production lines.
• Monitor audit and evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures inspection protocols and corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production Engineering Supply Chain) to resolve quality issues and drive process improvements.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards procedures and best practices.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.
• Support root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives for non-conformance issues.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and maintain records in line with ISO and industry standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in engineering Quality Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance or In- process process control within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing teams or projects.
• Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement .presentation skills Outstanding
• Proficient use of all statistical and analytical methods and tools (FMEA APQP PPAP 6-sixma8D) and negotiations skills.
• Good experience in KAIZEN Continuous Improvement Process QCC.
• Multi-tasking skills independent and highly responsible proactive good presentation skills Outstanding
• Excellent organizational and leadership communication skills.
• Fluent in English able to write read and speak international contact and travel is required.
• Proficient in MS Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and leadership communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills defining problems collecting data establishing facts and drawing valid conclusion effectively
• Statistical tools (SPC 7 QC tools 6-sigma tools etc.).
• Verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external customers
• Team building and motivation skills
• Effective presentation skills to respond to questions from Customers

• Proficient in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint
