Position:Procurement Project Manager

Location: Global role office in Poznań

Job type: Full time

As Procurement Project Manager you will be responsible for:

• support development and implementation of procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
• lead the cross functional Project Teams to deliver projects on time according to scope and within budget
• oversee the planning execution of Procurement projects and Programs from pre-study to implementation
• ensure continuous and efficient project communication and stakeholder management
• monitor project/program performance and provide regular status updates to Management and Project Office
• identifying assessing and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle
• actively participate in development and implementation project management methodology standards tools and processes
• guiding and motivating teams to achieve project goals
• ensuring project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications
• developing and managing project and program budgets ensuring financial control
• foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in project management practices.

The skills you will need:

• bachelors degree in engineering supply chain management business administration or related fields
• business processes knowledge
• proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead
• strong knowledge of project management
• fluency in English
• fluency in Polish
• leadership communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
• experience from leading projects in international organization.
