Position:Procurement Project Manager
Location: Global role office in Poznań
Job type: Full time
As Procurement Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- support development and implementation of procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
- lead the cross functional Project Teams to deliver projects on time according to scope and within budget
- oversee the planning execution of Procurement projects and Programs from pre-study to implementation
- ensure continuous and efficient project communication and stakeholder management
- monitor project/program performance and provide regular status updates to Management and Project Office
- identifying assessing and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle
- actively participate in development and implementation project management methodology standards tools and processes
- guiding and motivating teams to achieve project goals
- ensuring project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications
- developing and managing project and program budgets ensuring financial control
- foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in project management practices.
The skills you will need:
- bachelors degree in engineering supply chain management business administration or related fields
- business processes knowledge
- proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead
- strong knowledge of project management
- fluency in English
- fluency in Polish
- leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
- experience from leading projects in international organization.
