Role snapshot
- Own the performance of Engineering Maintenance and Process Control to maximize throughput within cost targets.
- Direct capital strategy: identify opportunities submit CARs and execute projects; manage capital and engineering expense budgets.
- Ensure facility and equipment reliability preventative/predictive programs and rapid response to downtime.
- Provide engineering support to sustain production and continuous improvement.
- Lead communication and rollouts for manufacturing and technical initiatives.
- Manage AOP budgets: technical salaries building/grounds maintenance materials and utilities.
- Ensure environmental compliance and actively support safety programs.
- Build and lead the team: hiring coaching development performance and salary administration and corrective action when needed.

Qualifications
- BA/BS in Engineering preferred.
- 6 years in engineering with strong project/process management; 3 years in people leadership.
- Clear persuasive communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven problem solver across complex technical issues.
- Comfort with high pace shifting priorities and multitasking.
- Fluent in MS Office AutoCAD and MRP platforms.
- Experience steering cross-functional projects to completion.
