The Position:

The Chief Human Resources Officer is a strategic business partner to the CEO and the leadership team responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.

Reporting Relationship:
  • Direct Report to the CEO
  • 7 Direct Reports with an HR-Team of 71.

Location:

  • Corporate offices in Lewisville (DFW) TX
  • Relocation assistance

  • A senior HR professional who possesses a very strong business coupled with strong communications skills.

  • An individual who will be a close confidant to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Strong understanding of Total Rewards to continue to ensure we stay a leader in our industry
    • To include compensation reputation management and employer branding

  • Talent Management Key roles are filled with talent capable of meeting performance goals and whose values are consistent with those of the Company.

  • Organizational Design Strong understanding of how strategy translates to optimal talent deployment.
  • Performance Management -Detailed understanding of the most efficient and effective processes to drive engagement and peak performance.
  • Strategic Compensation Plan Design a strong background in designing and implementing state of the art innovative compensation programs that reward successful results in key strategic initiatives and achieve a high return on investment in payroll dollars.
  • Environmental Health and Safety The SVP HR will also lead the Company Safety program and ensure the achievement of our goals to minimize Team Member injuries.
  • HR Policy-Related Compliance Ensure that our Team Member adhere to our values and HR-related policies and procedures.
  • HRIS-System Analytics and Administration to maintain our powerful Oracle HCM HRIS and manage our Payroll processes.
    • Utilize analytics to identify trends and opportunities with our people and take appropriate action.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree required advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years as the Senior Human Resources Leader for a successful Organization.
  • A proven track record of success in prior role including demonstrated career stability.
  • Experience in successful HR role(s) in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated strength in Organization Structure and Strategic Compensation Plan Design.
  • Strong sense of integrity and values aligned with those of the Company.
  • Successful experience in leading an Environmental Health and Safety Program.
  • System-savvy; able to generate and utilize detailed HR Analytics to supply direction and focus to HR activities.
  • Strong nose for talent able to identify talent fit for key roles.
