Job Description:
As a CNA with us you will provide daily care to our residents by supporting their daily activities of living. This includes hygiene assistance and providing emotional support and encouragement monitoring and reporting changes in health and behavior and supporting the overall needs of our residents. You will be genuinely interested in supporting our residents and their team members. Experience working with seniors is a plus; however it is not required. Other requirements include valuing and respecting our residents and having consistent attendance and a reliable method of transportation; the ability to correspond and document properly for resident charting purposes; and excellent communication skills.
Shift:Full-time day shift and NOC shift available
Compensation Range:$23.00 to $27.00 per hour (based on experience level)

Job Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Assisting residents with ADLS
- Teamwork cooperation training & development
- Assist clients with personal care which may include (but not limited to):
- Bathing/Bathroom Assistance
- Morning/Evening Preparations
- Morning/Evening Dress and attire
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health behavior and overall needs of clients
- Maintain a clean safe and orderly environment for both residents and colleagues

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Oregon-Issued CNA license
- Speak read and write English fluently
- Value and respect of elderly/assisted living
- Have consistent attendance/reliable method of transportation
- Ability to correspond and document properly in charts and portal
- Excellent oral communication reading comprehension skills written communication
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
