Head of REFM Sweden

Were looking for a Head of REFM Sweden to join us at Telia.

Im Anna-Carin Mattsson Head of Transport Network & DC and Im searching for someone ready to grow with us. Were a supportive forward-thinking team focused on maximizing the value of Telias unique infrastructure with focus on the transport networks and Telias real estate portfolio.

What youll do:

You will lead a team responsible for the daily facility operations of Telias offices and technical sites. Together you drive lease negotiations for offices retail stores and technical sites manage operational contracts to ensure safe reliable and costefficient facilities and oversee Telias energy procurement. You work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to secure stable sustainable and highquality workplaces and sites. You will head a team of 7 and report to the Head of Real Estate and Technical Sites. You will as well work directly towards the Telia Sweden leadership team in workplace related questions.

What will help you thrive in this role:

• Experience in lease negotiations and real estate/facility management confident driving agreements for offices retail stores and technical sites while overseeing daily facility operations and supplier delivery.

• Structured proactive and solutionoriented mindset able to prioritize coordinate and ensure safe reliable and costefficient facilities.

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills builds trust and collaborates effectively with internal teams and external partners.

• Analytical and businessminded thinking comfortable evaluating options managing costs and supporting decisions with clear logic.

• Peoplefocused leadership leads teams with clarity engagement and a continuousimprovement mindset.
