Design Manager Multidisciplinary

Role Purpose:
Lead and grow multidisciplinary design and technical teams delivering complex Advanced Process Manufacturing (APM) projects across the full lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide overall design leadership and governance across large multidisciplinary projects or portfolios.
• Ensure design delivery meets quality safety cost programme and client expectations.
• Lead review and approve technical deliverables ensuring compliance with Arcadis standards and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Directors on delivery strategy risk and commercial matters.
• Manage resources effectively including workforce planning recruitment and capability development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency performance and profitability.
• Support business development activities including winning work and strengthening client and industry relationships.

• Champion Arcadis Health & Safety sustainability ethical standards and behavioural framework across teams and projects.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or Engineering with 10 years experience delivering complex multidisciplinary projects; APM sector experience and Revit/Navisworks capability are advantageous.
