Were looking for a highly creative contributor for our Information Experience team to help design and develop the next generation of our integrated product learning solutions and Help. You will help lead the creation of user-centered information experiences that bridge the gap between human understanding and machine intelligence. You will thoughtfully craft content assets that are not only helpful and accurate for our users but are also strategically structured to drive automated content pipelines and optimize AI-driven product assistants.

Bonus points for experience in the construction industry helping construction companies and users (financials and construction management) with their digital and data transformation and helping users succeed through training and mentoring.

Youll be empowered to suggest and experiment with a variety of approaches to information delivery whether it be text video graphics integrated information in the product UI or anywhere else users find and use information.

What You Will Do

• Develop and validate clear personable and technically accurate content that meets specific user persona goals across multiple formats (online help in-product guides and video).

• Design and maintain robust information architectures using DITA/XML standards to ensure content is modular reusable and optimized for search and AI ingestion.

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering Product Management UX) to leverage approved AI tools and automated pipelines streamlining content production while maintaining human-led oversight for accuracy safety and brand voice.

• Refine content for conversational interfaces (RAG-based chatbots) by implementing semantic tagging and maintaining content sources to ensure technical accuracy and consistent brand voice.

• Audit and evaluate data from user interactions and AI interfaces to identify content gaps and proactively improve the overall information experience.

• Lead projects and train/mentor junior team members.

• Communicate IX content strategy to stakeholders and advocate for end users.

• Develop and drive information architecture upgrades for your assigned products.

• Contribute to team standards and style guides.

• Develop user-centered learning experience requirements researching user pain-points getting feedback and performing user testing to measure the effectiveness of solutions.

What Skills & Requirements You Should Bring

• Bachelors degree in technical writing English or equivalent plus a minimum of five years of technical communication experience

• Experience building organized modular content (like DITA or Markdown) that can be easily fed into automated systems and AI tools.

• Ability to write high-quality personable content that meets the needs of specific user personas

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Skilled at interpreting and presenting technical information effectively to a variety of audiences

• Experience planning and designing information architecture for documentation and can clearly articulate information design intent and strategy.

• Highly proactive resourceful quick learner dedicated to finding new and better ways to solve user problems

• Strong collaborator that naturally works with and balances requirements and feedback from multiple stakeholders and end users

• Works well independently to meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment

Special Attention Given to Candidates with:

• Experience with DITA/XML content authoring and usage of content management systems

• Ability to design semantically rich content that is easily reconfigurable for multi-channel delivery (web in-app and AI agents)

• Understanding of how structured data and semantic structured content models support LLM performance

• Experience creating effective video learning content

• Experience with project management accounting software or construction industry

• Good understanding of Agile software development and lean design principles
