Job Summary

Student Worker - Facilities General Worker

Number of Openings: 2

Purpose/Objective of the Role:

To assist facilities with day-to day- tasks.

Tasks & Responsibilities May Include:

  • Landscaping (mowing trimming planting fertilizing)
  • Painting
  • Maintaining walkways driveways and parking lots
  • Removing snow and ice during winter months
  • Cleaning and maintaining outdoor furniture and signage
  • Inspecting and repairing fences gates and playgrounds
  • Managing irrigation and drainage systems
  • Keeping records of maintenance schedules and repairs
  • Ordering and managing supplies and equipment
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors for specialized services
  • Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies
  • Ensuring a clean and functional environment for employees and visitors
