Job Summary
Student Worker - Facilities General Worker
Number of Openings: 2
Purpose/Objective of the Role:
To assist facilities with day-to day- tasks.
Tasks & Responsibilities May Include:
- Landscaping (mowing trimming planting fertilizing)
- Painting
- Maintaining walkways driveways and parking lots
- Removing snow and ice during winter months
- Cleaning and maintaining outdoor furniture and signage
- Inspecting and repairing fences gates and playgrounds
- Managing irrigation and drainage systems
- Keeping records of maintenance schedules and repairs
- Ordering and managing supplies and equipment
- Coordinating with vendors and contractors for specialized services
- Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Ensuring a clean and functional environment for employees and visitors
Qualifications:
- Enjoy working outside
- Stay physically active
- Working in natural and landscaped environments
