E-Commerce Marketplace Operations Specialist

We are seeking an E-Commerce Marketplace Operations Specialist to own and optimize our marketplace operations across Amazon TikTok Shop and other e-commerce channels. This individual will be responsible for managing Seller Central operations marketplace fulfillment inventory flow shipment creation and production coordination to ensure seamless order execution and inventory accuracy. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on Amazon marketplace experience thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building scalable operational processes.

What Youll Own

• Manage daily operations within Amazon Seller Central including order management shipment creation inventory monitoring and operational issue resolution
• Create and manage FBA and FBM inbound/outbound shipments
• Monitor inventory levels across marketplace channels and proactively prevent stockouts or fulfillment disruptions
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies shipment variances and receiving issues
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate receiving storage labeling picking packing and shipping
• Support marketplace expansion across TikTok Shop and emerging sales channels
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers on production timelines inventory replenishment and product availability
• Ensure all shipments meet marketplace compliance packaging and labeling requirements
• Track shipment performance and resolve carrier fulfillment or delivery exceptions
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements across fulfillment and supply chain workflows

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Direct experience managing FBA and/or FBM shipments
• Strong understanding of inventory management replenishment planning and fulfillment operations
• Experience working cross-functionally with warehouse teams vendors or manufacturers
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and make quick data-driven decisions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TikTok Shop or other marketplace platforms
• Experience working with 3PL providers
• Background in e-commerce operations supply chain consumer goods or manufacturing
• Experience with inventory or ERP systems
