POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative communicator to coordinate and implement marketing communications projects support the planning and execution of trade shows special events and conferences to showcase services and amplify messaging. This role is responsible assisting in the creation and implementation of lead generating marketing campaigns coordinating the complete campaign cycle including concept copy development design scheduling deployment and eventually reporting on results. You will assist in sourcing and developing content and visual collateral for campaigns track projects and prepare status reports for stakeholders as well as act as the liaison with consultants vendors and internal marketing and project teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience with digital marketing agency type of role. Candidate must have a strong understanding and knowledge of digital website production and marketing messaging. This is a role for someone to assist with redesign of website site maintenance content and development and streamlining operations. This person will be part of the communications team and must be able to manage multiple priorities at once have a strong sense of urgency and have the ability to work independently as well as with a cross-functional team.

Youll work directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to elevate the companys brand drive marketing performance and improve how we communicate internally and externally.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY

  • You will play a hands-on role across marketing communications and brand execution. This is a high-visibility high-growth role with broad exposure.

CAMPAIGNS & MARKETING EXECUTION

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through reporting.
  • Develop compelling content for email web social proposals and presentations.
  • Track performance and recommend data-driven improvement.

WEBSITE & DIGITAL PRESENCE

  • Manage and continuously improve website content structure and performance (Wix CMS)
  • Optimize user experience and keep content current relevant and aligned with brand.
  • Support SEO analytics tracking and conversion optimization.

CONTENT & BRAND MANAGEMENT

  • Create and edit a wide range of materials:
    • Case studies brochures presentations proposals.
    • Prese releases newsletters and internal communications.
  • Ensure consistent voice branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Maintain and expand digital asset libraries (photos graphics video).

EVENTS & INDUSTRY PRESENCE

  • Coordinate trade shows conferences and client events.
  • Manage logistics materials and on-site brand presentation.
  • Contribute to building a strong and recognizable industry presence.

COLLABORATION & OPERATIONS

  • Partner with internal teams (Marketing HR Project Management Leadership).
  • Coordinate with external vendors (designers photographers agencies).
  • Support CRM updates lead tracking and marketing operations.
  • Help streamline processes and improve efficiency across communications workflows.



REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA)

  • 3 years minimum in marketing communications or digital marketing (agency or corporate).
  • Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats.
  • Experience managing digital platforms (Wix preferred; CMS experience required).
  • Familiarity with:
    • Web Analytics (Google Analytics or equivalent).
    • Social media management tools.
    • Marketing campaign tracking.

  • Must have experience as a graphic designer.

MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS EDUCATION

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field (preferred).
  • Experience with CMS platforms (Wix strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Canva AI tools.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Primarily office-based requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use.
  • Regular use of hands and fingers for typing and document preparation.
  • Occasional travel to project sites events or client locations may be required.
  • Project environments may involve exposure to active construction sites requiring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Some roles may involve walking large project sites (including campuses up to 400 acres).
