We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Performance Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving strong return to work outcomes supporting capability uplift and influencing performance across a dynamic environment.
About the Role
As a Performance Specialist you will be responsible for leading initiatives that improve return to work outcomes and overall team performance. You will work closely with Return-to-Work teams across a claims lifecycle providing coaching insight and strategic direction to achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes for injured workers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive improved return to work outcomes across the portfolio
Take ownership of key projects ensuring delivery and accountability for outcomes
Coordinate and lead KPI-related activities to enhance performance
Coach and develop Case Managers and Return to Work Specialists on effective return to work strategies
Engage with workers treating health practitioners and occupational rehabilitation providers to support successful return to work outcomes
Monitor analyse and report on performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
Identify design and implement continuous improvement initiatives
About You
Expert knowledge of case management principles and processes with a strong focus on return-to-work outcomes
Proven experience coaching mentoring and developing others
Demonstrated track record of delivering strong return to work strategies and outcomes
Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements
High level of understanding of Worksafes KPI measures and how they influence performance outcomes
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
