What Youll Do

Team Support & Training

• Provide training and guidance to ensure staff follow EPIC standards for speed accuracy and patient care.

• Serve as a role model by maintaining expertise in clinic policies procedures and multi-role responsibilities.

• Assess team performance and help identify opportunities for improvement and professional growth.

• Support leadership with performance reviews coaching and corrective action plans when necessary.

Clinic Operations & Patient Flow

• Help oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow.

• Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.

• Ensure the clinic environment remains clean organized and welcoming for patients and staff.

• Assist in resolving operational issues quickly to keep clinic workflows running smoothly.

Patient Experience

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients.

• Address patient concerns promptly and professionally.

• Communicate effectively with patients through in-person interactions phone calls email and proper chart documentation.

• Foster a positive and respectful experience for every patient who walks through the door.

Performance & Accountability

• Support clinic leadership in maintaining accountability for team performance and operational standards.

• Encourage a culture focused on collaboration continuous improvement and high-quality care.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual: Spanish / English required

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant Medical Office Coordinator Healthcare Administrator or similar healthcare role

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Microsoft Office

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in healthcare operations or leadership

• Associate or Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business or a related field
