Job Summary
We offer:
Communicate / Coordinate with supervisors Installation Management and project managers regarding labor requirements materials site conditions equipment rentals and overall project status
Selects appropriate processes from clearly documented rules past practices or instruction. Seeks advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from manager.
Assist CSMU Installation Management with Daily Weekly and Monthly data processing for labor hours.
Maintains records and filing systems; types and/or enters data into computer systems including word processing spreadsheet presentation database or specialized software packages.
Performs the administration for programs projects and/or processes specific to the CSMU Installation Group.
Performs simple routine work within area of specialization.
Be the glue that holds the team together!
Tasks and Qualifications:
HS diploma or equivalent required
Two years of vocational/technical training or an Associate Degree preferred
Proven work experience as a previous Coordinator or that of a similar role
Specialized skill training/certification may be required.
Microsoft programs experience required
Experience in the Automated Material Handling Industry a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Solid organizational skills including multitasking and time-management
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to meet position requirement of up to 25% travel.
