Job Summary
Job Summary: The Operations Support Manager is responsible for leading a team and managing day-to-day operations to ensure consistent high-quality execution across the portfolio. This role is accountable for team performance operational delivery and maintaining efficient workflows that support broader business Operations Support Manager makes tactical decisions that impact both the immediate team and cross-functional efforts ensuring alignment prioritization and execution. Working closely with Directors and cross-functional partners this role plays a critical part in driving operational effectiveness developing team members and fostering a high-performing collaborative environment.
Essential Functions:
Leads coaches and develops a team of Specialists and/or Leads driving performance accountability and continuous professional growth.
Sets clear expectations priorities and goals aligned with operational and strategic objectives while fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
Manages day-to-day operations and workflows to ensure seamless execution overseeing team output for accuracy consistency and timeliness.
Allocates resources and prioritizes work to meet deadlines and evolving business needs while resolving escalations and removing workflow barriers.
Makes tactical decisions that impact team operations and cross-functional execution adjusting priorities and workflows as needed and escalating high-risk issues appropriately.
Partners with Directors and cross-functional teams to align on priorities coordinate initiatives and ensure successful execution of projects and programs.
Serves as a key point of contact for team-related initiatives ensuring clear and consistent communication across stakeholders.
Identifies operational challenges and drives process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency scalability and effectiveness.
Implements and reinforces standardized processes tools and best practices while ensuring documentation is maintained and consistently utilized.
Oversees reporting data accuracy and performance tracking; monitors key metrics; identifies trends; and provides insights and recommendations to leadership to improve outcomes.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree required.
- 47 years of experience in operations real estate consulting or a related field including experience managing teams and driving performance outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to lead coach and develop high-performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to make sound tactical decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Experience partnering cross-functionally and aligning diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel or Google Sheets Asana (or similar platforms) and SharePoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and process improvement
Additional Information :
AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:
- Expected pay rate of $105000 - $110000 plus annual bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
