As a Clinical Director at Sage Alliance you will lead with purpose to shape a therapeutic learning environment where students feel safe supported and empowered to grow. You will guide clinical teams while partnering closely with educators to ensure each students social emotional and academic needs are met.

In this role you will set the tone for a collaborative compassionate culture. You will blend clinical expertise with strong leadership to support both staff development and student success. Your work will directly influence how therapeutic services integrate into the daily school experience.

What Youll Need

• Masters degree in social work or counseling with a valid School Social Work certification

• Proven experience supervising clinical staff and providing individual and group supervision

• Strong knowledge of developmental theory and therapeutic interventions for students and families

• Ability to build trusting relationships with students staff and families

• Demonstrated leadership communication and problem-solving skills in a school or clinical setting

What Youll Do

• Lead and develop a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality therapeutic services aligned with Sage Alliance standards

• Collaborate with school leadership to integrate clinical and academic programming for student success

• Supervise therapists through coaching evaluations and ongoing professional development

• Oversee student intake assessments and family engagement to support smooth transitions into the program

• Monitor compliance manage clinical documentation and support conflict resolution across the school community
