Join the Best in the Pacific NW () team! We are currently hiring caregivers with a valid drivers license who are open to flexible 26 hour shifts and comfortable providing transportation companionship and in-home care support.

This role is ideal for caregivers who want flexibility variety and the ability to build their own schedule by stacking shifts.

Pay & Benefits

• $21.30$23/hr base pay $2$5/hr shift premiums
• Earn up to $28/hr depending on shift type

Schedule

• 26 hour shifts (primary shift length)
• Morning midday and evening availability
• Ability to stack multiple shifts in one day
• Great for supplemental income or flexible caregiving work

Caregiver/Driver Responsibilities

• Transport clients to appointments errands and social outings
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meals light housekeeping and personal care
• Support clients in maintaining independence and daily routines
• Communicate with the care team and follow care plans

Requirements

• Valid drivers license auto insurance and reliable vehicle (required)
• Comfortable providing care and transportation services
• Caregiving experience preferred (6 months a plus not required)
• CNA/HCA preferred or willingness to obtain certification within 200 days
• Reliable punctual and compassionate
• Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling and communication
