SummaryResponsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations and administrative management of staff and activities. This includes ensuring high-quality care for patients with respiratory conditions managing staff coordinating care and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Essential Functions
-Oversee the delivery of pediatric pulmonary services ensuring optimal patient care and smooth daily operations.
-Supervise and support clinical staff including nurses respiratory therapists and administrative personnel. Ensure staff training professional development and performance evaluations are completed.
-Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive coordinated care for patients with pulmonary conditions such as asthma cystic fibrosis and other respiratory disorders.
-Lead efforts to enhance pediatric pulmonary services develop new initiatives and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
-Ensure the department complies with healthcare regulations accreditation standards and safety protocols. Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
-Manage department resources including scheduling budgeting and inventory management of medical equipment and supplies.
-Provide education and support to patients and families about pulmonary conditions treatment plans and ongoing care.
-Monitor department performance collect and analyze patient care data and prepare reports for senior management on patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
