Minimum Qualifications

Formal training vocational/technical education or equivalent handson experience
Mechanical training aptitude or equipment maintenance experience (required)
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Willingness to support guide and share knowledge with others

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading training or coordinating a small team
Highspeed manufacturing FMCG or regulated production experience
Military occupational experience in maintenance operations logistics engineering or production roles

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (military education and training fully recognized)
