About the role
We are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal or Conveyancer with 1-3 years experience to join our Adelaide property is an opportunity to join our highly skilled conveyancing team led by three senior conveyancers.
YouwillmanageavarietyofSAcommercialandresidentialpropertytransactionsfromstartto finish working both independently and supporting our senior conveyancers.
Key duties include:
- Managing transactions via PEXA and paper.
- Preparing and registering dealings with Land Services SA.
- Communicating with clients and third parties.
About you
Youre a confident and organised Conveyancer or Conveyancing Paralegal who can manage files independently.
Youll bring:
- Experience managing conveyancing matters end-to-end.
- Proficiency in using PEXA RevenueSA Online and SAILIS.
- High attention to detail and sound organisational skills.
- A team player collaborative mindset and approach to your work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
