Job Description
A leading international trust and fiduciary services firm is seeking an organised and motivated professional to support their new Senior Trust Administrator in Geneva.
Responsibilities:
Assist with maintaining client records statutory documents and meeting minutes.
Support the opening and closing of bank accounts and review incoming client funds.
Liaise with bankers on remittances deposits and investment transactions under supervision.
Prepare correspondence investment review minutes and basic resolutions.
Update internal systems accurately and ensure adherence to timekeeping and service standards.
Develop familiarity with company policies and contribute to efficient client service delivery.
Requirements:
Commercial apprenticeship or professional diploma.
- 2 years experience within a Trust.
Fluent in Business English; additional languages (French Russian Chinese or Spanish) an asset.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
Ability to manage short-term priorities and maintain service quality in a team environment.
