Summary:
We are seeking aQuoting Specialistto join our team supporting a major telecommunications client in a BPO this role youll be responsible for preparing accurate quotes for telecom services collaborating with internal teams and ensuring compliance with pricing policies. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical abilities and excellent interpersonal skills looking to grow in the telecom or BPO industry.
Duties Include:
- Prepare accurate quotations for telecommunications products and services based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide appropriate pricing solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of quotes to customers adhering to internal deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Assist in improving quoting processes for better efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency with MS Office/G-Suite is mandatory.
- 13 years of experience in quoting pricing or sales support (preferably in telecom or BPO).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce SAP etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using quoting software and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
