Job Summary
To lead the Insurance Insights function develop analyse and manage business reports data models and algorithms in an accurate and timely manner to enable strategic and operational decision making.

Experience Required
5-7 years
Proven experience leading insights analytics or data science initiatives in a complex business environment with the ability to translate data into clear actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Strong capability in building analytical statistical and machinelearning models to solve real business problems supported by a solid background in exploratory analysis and predictive techniques.
Handson experience working with large complex and mixed data sources (both structured and unstructured) shaping these into reliable reusable datasets that support decisionmaking.
Strong data engineering and automation skills with experience designing and overseeing endtoend analytics processes from data ingestion and transformation through to insight delivery and operational reporting.
Demonstrated proficiency in Python SQL and Spark experience working in Hadoop or distributed data environments and comfort operating in production systems using SSH commandline tools and scheduled workflows (Cron).
A solid understanding of modern data platforms and architectures and experience partnering with engineering and technology teams to ensure analytics solutions are robust scalable and productionready.
