Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join a diagnostic imaging team in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role involves performing high-quality CT imaging procedures ensuring patient safety and collaborating with healthcare professionals to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans and diagnostic imaging procedures
- Administer contrast media in accordance with protocols
- Ensure patient safety comfort and proper positioning
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment
- Accurately document procedures using EMR RIS HIS and PACS systems
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Graduate of an accredited Radiography program (required)
- New York State Radiography License (required)
- Certification to inject contrast media in New York State (required)
- ARRT certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography (required)
- Proficiency with EMR RIS HIS PACS and modality-specific software
- Knowledge of diagnostic imaging procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of recent CT experience
