R.J. Kielty Plumbing Air Conditioning & Electric is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to lead and grow our Orlando service operations.

This role is ideal for a leader who understands how to drive performance develop teams and deliver a high-level customer experience while maintaining strong operational control.

What Youll Do

• Oversee daily operations of the plumbing service department
• Lead customer acquisition retention and resolution of escalated issues
• Recruit train and retain service technicians and support staff
• Support department growth through local marketing and performance initiatives
• Oversee dispatch operations and optimize scheduling efficiency
• Build and manage on-call schedules
• Assist technicians with technical support and job pricing
• Ensure jobs are completed properly efficiently and priced correctly
• Follow up on estimates and identify revenue opportunities (including commercial work and remodels)
• Conduct regular technician meetings and ongoing training
• Monitor technician performance and provide coaching reviews and advancement opportunities
• Maintain employee records and onboarding processes (BambooHR or similar systems)
• Oversee warehouse coordination and material purchasing accuracy
• Maintain organized professional operations across the department

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing service experience
• Proven leadership experience (Service Manager Supervisor or Lead role)
• Strong understanding of service KPIs (revenue average ticket conversion efficiency)
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software preferred
• Ability to lead both in the field and in the office
• Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
• A mindset focused on accountability consistency and team development
