Assist in the execution of APQP practices within New Product Development; assisting and/or executing related deliverables such as FMEAs Product Assurance Planning CTQs and Control Plans
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and validate CTQ attributes
Own documentation to support proper planning and execution of quality processes across assigned programs
Coordinate quality planning and lead risk analysis and mitigation activities during NPD
Partner with and provide input to other quality functional teams during product development
Conduct supplier assessments for assigned components; analyze supplier capabilities
Support development of DVP&R plans and test strategies with Design and Test Engineering
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect Chamberlain Groups reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reading professional publications establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in Product Quality
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related applications
Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
Understanding of statistical tools
Project management skills
Ability to work in a matrix/cross-functional environment
Proficient in APQP methodologies FMEAs and Control Plans
Proficient in APQP methodologies FMEAs and Control Plans

The pay range for this position is $64000.00 - $120850.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including but not limited to the position offered location education training and/or addition to base pay also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
