Job Summary
Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Devils Lake ND
Duration: 13 Weeks (Extendable)
Shift: Evenings 5x8-Hour Shifts
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) this role you will provide essential hands-on care and support to residents ensuring their comfort dignity and overall well-being in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming feeding and mobility
- Monitor record and report vital signs and any changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean organized and safe environment for residents
- Provide emotional support companionship and respectful care
- Follow facility policies procedures and infection control guidelines
Qualifications
- Active CNA Certification in North Dakota (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
- Current BLS certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
