Job Summary
Tom Wood Jaguar Land Rover Volvo locatedinIndianapolis Indianais currently searching foracustomer focusedReceptionisttojoin our ideal candidate willbe friendlyreliableandwill help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00 hourly
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Assistcustomers with inquiries provide information about our products/services and direct them to theappropriate departmentor staff member.
Greet and welcome walk-in customersdeterminetheir needs and direct them accordingly.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and the customer lounge area including stocking supplies and cleaning as needed.
Place weekly supply orders to ensure adequate inventory of office supplies and amenities
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skillspreviousexperience in customer facing rollspreferred
Excellent communication skillsarea must
Professionalism in demeanor appearance and communication is essential
Detail oriented
Basicproficiencyin computers and office software usage is preferred
