Role Specification
Role Relationships:
Reporting to: Head of Structuring
Working closely with:
Origination Risk Legal and Operations teams
External stakeholders including funders clients and service providers
Key Responsibilities:
Support the origination design negotiation and implementation of complex supply chain and inventory ownership solutions structuring transactions
Engage with large enterprise customers
Assist with due diligence relating to new transactions
Take ownership of transaction modelling structuring mechanics documentation workflows and internal approvals
Provide pricing guidance and support the negotiation of terms with clients
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop bespoke inventory management structures that meet the needs of clients investors and the platform
Draft and negotiate key commercial terms and liaise with Legal on documentation (e.g. inventory purchases receivables purchase agreements warehouse contracts insurance terms)
Conduct quantitative analysis and scenario testing to assess structural risk and return profiles
Support presentation and analysis of deals for internal committees including the Transaction Committee
Drive transaction execution by coordinating across Product Risk Legal and Operations
Support ongoing monitoring and evolution of existing transactions and client relationships
Contribute to the design and enhancement of new product features and structuring capabilities
Maintain a strong understanding of market practices credit risk and legal structuring tools in structured finance and private credit
Perform ad-hoc assignments over and above the daily role as required in a fast-growing company
Person Specification
Work Experience & Qualifications:
Associate: 3 years of experience in structured finance special situations commodity trade finance private credit or related fields (e.g. alternative lending investment management)
Strong technical understanding of structured products legal frameworks credit mechanics and operational feasibility
Proven ability to execute complex transactions with multiple stakeholders
Experience drafting and negotiating commercial term sheets and reviewing legal documentation
Familiarity with deal structuring in supply chain finance trade finance or working capital finance is highly advantageous
Highly proficient in Excel and financial modelling; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus
Bachelors degree required; advanced degree or professional qualification (e.g. CFA ACA) preferred

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage transaction complexity
Confident communicator and team player capable of building credibility with senior internal and external stakeholders
High degree of initiative and ownership; thrives in dynamic fast-paced environments
