Complex Digital Marketing Manager F&B
Job Summary
The Complex Digital Marketing Manager F&B is responsible for leading the digital marketing strategy across multiple luxury hotel F&B outlets within the assigned complex. The role focuses on elevating brand storytelling driving high-value dining revenue and positioning Anantaras F&B experiences as premium lifestyle destinations.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 58 years of experience in digital marketing preferably within luxury hospitality F&B or premium lifestyle brands.
- Strong experience in luxury brand storytelling and high-end customer engagement.
- Proven track record in managing multi-outlet or complex-level marketing campaigns.
- Experience in CRM guest segmentation and loyalty marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and dining experience positioning
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business insights
