Zen Strategics a Titan Technologies company is seeking a Senior Software Developer Appian to support a high-visibility federal program at the Pentagon. This is a key personnel role supporting enterprise-level application development and modernization efforts within a complex mission-driven environment.

Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced Appian developer who can lead the design development and integration of scalable applications in a secure enterprise environment. This role requires deep expertise in Appian Agile development and enterprise data systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain Appian-based applications and solutions
• Develop and integrate web APIs to support Appian platforms
• Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives
• Create modify and optimize relational database schemas and queries
• Ensure system performance scalability and security compliance
• Support DevOps data integration and platform operations within enterprise environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams stakeholders and government customers

You MUST have:

• 5 years of Appian development experience
• 5 years of Agile software development experience
• Appian Senior Developer Certification
• 10 years of overall software engineering / systems development experience
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise-level data environments (DevOps analytics governance security)
• Strong experience with relational databases (schema design query optimization)
• Must be U.S. citizen
• Public Trust or higher Security Clearance required

Education:

• Bachelors degree in IT-related field OR 15 years of relevant experience
