QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 years of dealership sales management experience is required
• A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
• Working knowledge of computers
• Ability to be analytical problem solve and multi-task
• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be able to pass our pre-employment background check pre-employment drug test and driving record check.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead train and manage the sales team to maximize sales volume profitability and customer satisfaction
• Actively desk deals manage customer turnovers and support sales consultants throughout the entire sales process
• Partner with the General Manager and Finance team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Analyze and manage P&L performance to ensure strong store profitability
• Coach mentor and develop Sales Consultants and future sales leaders
• Monitor and improve CSI scores conversion rates and department KPIs
• Assist with new vehicle inventory management pricing strategies and merchandising
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs dealership policies and ethical sales practices
• Maintain a visible engaged presence on the showroom floor
