Tom Bush Volkswagen is seeking a reliable and motivated Volkswagen Sales Valet to support our Sales Department in Jacksonville FL. This role involves safely moving and preparing vehicles maintaining vehicle presentation and assisting both customers and the Sales Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

What Youll Do

• Assist and support the Volkswagen Sales Department in the following areas:

  • Safely transport vehicles to different departments locations and special events within and outside of the dealership.
  • Organize monitor and maintain the vehicle inventory across the entire dealership including the showroom floor.
  • Regularly fuel or charge vehicles to ensure they are ready for test drives and customer presentations.
  • Receive new vehicle deliveries and perform thorough initial inspections to prepare them for sale.
  • Accurately stock and manage vehicle keys and owners manuals.
  • Deliver vehicles to the detail and service departments as necessary.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and overall presentation of all vehicles on the lot to enhance customer appeal.
  • Assist with service lane operations to support efficient workflow.
  • Greet customers warmly providing a welcoming and positive first impression of the dealership.
  • Support the Sales Manager with daily operational and sales-related tasks as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to dealership success.

What Were Looking For

• Excellent customer service skills
• A valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Capable of standing walking and moving quickly for extended periods
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous dealership experience preferred
