We are seeking a dynamic and dedicatedFull-Time Program Coordinatorto lead and manage impactful programs that support individuals with developmental this vital role the Program Coordinator will oversee program development coordinate daily services and foster strong relationships with participants families and community partners. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop implement and evaluate programs tailored to the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community standards.
- Coordinate daily program activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Supervise staff and volunteers by providing leadership training coaching and performance feedback to maintain a motivated and professional team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with participants families community agencies and key stakeholders to promote collaboration and strengthen support networks.
- Manage program budgets by monitoring expenses and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize service delivery.
- Oversee documentation processes including client records progress reports incident reports and compliance-related documentation.
- Support behavioral health initiatives by integrating best practices into program planning and daily activities to promote positive outcomes for participants.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and external regulations including standards related to participant safety confidentiality and service quality.
Mandated Reporter Requirement
- Mandated Reporter Statute:An individual in this position is considered aMandated Reporterwhen on or off duty in accordance withMassachusetts Statutes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within social work human services or related fields supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of program development and program management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with diverse populations including clients families and community partners.
- Excellent administrative skills including budgeting record-keeping and compliance documentation.
- Knowledge of behavioral health practices relevant to developmental disabilities.
- Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a supportive and positive team environment.
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in social work settings is highly desirable.
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Physical Demands
- Ability to be physically mobile (stand walk reach climb bend) as well as the ability to sit for prolonged periods throughout the day/work hours
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard copier telephone and the ability to write and/or type
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Frequent driving to client appointments offsite meetings outreach events conferences marketing activities etc.
