Job Summary

Main Responsibilities 

Deliver operational excellence and ensure compliance: 

  • Performing bank transaction monitoring for portfolio of clients for specific jurisdiction.  
  • Delivering different types of services to different jurisdictions within compliance and regulatory requirements ensuring established processes and procedures are followed and understanding why they are necessary. 
  • Processing insurance policies for cayman and Bermuda jurisdictions.  
  • Ensuring that all service level agreements deadlines and timelines are met for allprocesses and meeting the relevant quality standards for all processes and adopting a doing it right first time approach. 
  • Ensure all financial statement are approved within the SLA KPI for Jersey and Guernsey  
  • Providing regular updates on progress through trackers and other monitoring tools;  
  • ensuring that time entries are recorded correctly in the time sheet for all processes. 
  • Building knowledge of the services Ocorian provides and the levers associated with financial performance deepening your technical knowledge. 
  • Actively participating in process improvement initiatives.  
  • Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent client service 

Deliver client-centric service: 

  • Taking greater initiative and ownership of responsibilities assigned building confidence and skills to deliver with limited changes and input from your manager. 
  • Providing high quality client-centric administration activities in a timely manner growing your appreciation and understanding of client needs and the nature and rationale of client activities and transactions. 
  • Building confidence and skills to communicate knowledgeably and professionally with clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • Educated to A level or equivalent;
  • Completed first degree in a relevant field or on the way to complete ICSA

Knowledge Skills and Experience 

  • 1-2 years experience in company and trust administration.
  • Digital Literacy- able to lead in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications and Ocorians core systems and apps demonstrates a solid understanding of how to extract and manipulate client data. 
  • Administrative and Service Delivery Skills- able to support and train others helping set and achieve team objectives. 
  • Personal Leadership-works with peers to ensure there is consistent understanding of goals and how to achieve these. 
  • Discretion and Confidentiality- able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with the utmost discretion. 
  • Adaptability- demonstrates flexibility to changing priorities and work demands. 
  • Accountability- takes responsibility for work output. 
  • Presentation Skills able to convey results and outputs of work to senior management in a clear and succinct manner. 
  • Attention to Detail- demonstrates excellent attention to detail to produce high-quality work. 
  • Time Management- able to manage workload prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced private client service environment. 
  • Communication Skills- able to interact with clients colleagues and others in a courteous and effective manner. 
  • Teamwork- collaborates with colleagues and assists team members in administrative tasks to achieve common goals.
