Job Summary

Pay Rate: $18.50/ hour - Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.

The Front Office Supervisor supports the Front Desk Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences by overseeing front desk and reservations operations. This role blends hands on operational leadership with financial accountability and proactive problem solving to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the resort.

As a  Front Desk Supervisor you will:

  • Directly supervises Front Desk team members ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
  • Trains team members plans assigns and directs work appraises performance and manages rewards and disciplinary actions.
  • Greets registers and assigns rooms to guests.
  • Keep marketplace shelves fully stocked and ready for customers.
  • Transmits and receives telephone messages.
  • Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests.
  • Keeps records of room availability and guests accounts.
  • Computes bill collects payment and makes change for guests.
  • Makes and confirms reservations.
  • Prepares daily reports (credit limit cash).
  • Reviews daily arrivals and departures.
  • Coordinates with housekeeping when VIP Guests arrive.
  • Sets up Front Desk schedule and meetings.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by resort operations leadership.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1 year of front desk experience in a hotel environment preferred.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or teamlead experience within hospitality required.
  • Strong understanding of guest service standards.
  • Demonstrated expertise in de-escalating guest concerns turning challenging interactions into positive service recovery moments.
  • Exceptional guest service skills with a warm serviceoriented approach that reflects genuine hospitality.
  • Must be flexible and able to work any shifts assigned including evenings and overnights.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
