What youll do...

Hands-on analytics delivery

• Translate business questions into analytic requirements data pulls and repeatable reporting outputs.
• Perform exploratory analysis and produce clear decisionready insights; present findings in business language.

Data sourcing and integration

• Identify and evaluate data sources; support processes to acquire join and validate data from multiple sources.
• Partner with Data Engineering to improve dataset usability documentation and accessibility for analytics consumption.
• Collaborate with other teams to aid with building visuals that directly support business decisions and ongoing operational tracking.

Data quality and controls

• Monitor data quality indicators; proactively identify issues perform root cause analysis and coordinate fixes with engineering partners.
• Coordinate and support security measures to safeguard information.

Initiative execution

• Support multiple initiatives by tracking deliverables documenting assumptions/definitions and ensuring outputs are reproducible.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in analytics/data work.
• Strong experience in Retail (Brick & Mortar and eCommerce) and as a Data Analyst (7 years)
• Strong SQL experience and proficiency with at least one analytics/programming tool (e.g. Python/R).
• Demonstrated ability to assess data quality validate sources and communicate limitations/assumptions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GCP/BigQuery and/or cloud data ecosystems.
• Familiarity with statistical techniques (hypothesis testing inference) and experiment measurement.
• Experience with Generative and Agentic AI
