Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
Implement laboratory testing and certification activities aligned with Amazon policy.
Execute TIC laboratory onboarding in terms of the SOP
Lead regular online/offline training sessions to address laboratories testing challenges.
Assist in preparing documentation including operation manuals video tutorials and FAQs.
Analyze laboratory performance metrices identify potential issues and propose improvement plans to drive performance improvement.
Assess laboratorys compliance of Amazon requirements through regular audits and other activities
Work closing with the Program manager and Risk manager to ensure the smooth implementation of laboratory testing and certification service.
Monthly lab performance reports to cross risk control teams. Proving data-driven insights and improvement recommendations.
Track the status of testing requests regularly and escalate the critical issues and laboratory questions to Program Manager
Implement process improvements based on laboratory and seller feedback

- 4 years of compliance program management legal governance audit risk/loss prevention or equivalent experience
- 3 years of managing food safety and quality in a large-scale retail or manufacturing environment experience
- Bachelors degree in Food Science or related field
- Knowledge of retail food code and regulations governing grocery retail at local state and federal levels
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience handling confidential information
- Experience interacting with local food safety regulators
- 3 years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience
- Professional auditing qualification or similar risk or compliance credentials
- Experience with SQL and Excel
