BuzzBallz is a beverage manufacturer producing ready-to-drink cocktails and spirits in Carrollton TX. Our facility is located at 2114 McDaniel Dr. Carrollton TX 75006.
Job Description/Responsibilities
BuzzBallz is seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance Lead to support daily laboratory and quality operations in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. This role leads testing activities ensures compliance with TTB and internal standards and partners closely with production teams to maintain product integrity. Youll play a key role in driving consistent quality supporting problem-solving efforts and reinforcing a strong culture of quality and food safety.
What Youll Do
- Lead daily laboratory operations including proofing and quality testing of raw materials work-in-process and finished goods
- Ensure compliance with company specifications and regulatory requirements including TTB standards
- Partner with Production and Processing teams to troubleshoot quality issues and support batching activities
- Perform and oversee quality checks on bottling lines to ensure product consistency
- Document quality data track deviations and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications/Requirements
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 13 years of experience in quality assurance laboratory testing or related field
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to communicate effectively across all levels
Preferred:
- Associates degree in Chemistry Food Science or related field (Bachelors degree a plus).
- Experience in alcohol beverage food manufacturing or CPG environments
- Familiarity with quality systems audits and regulatory compliance (TTB FDA etc.)
- Experience with laboratory testing methods proofing or product evaluation
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment including exposure to noise fumes and varying conditions
- Ability to work extended shifts and overtime as needed

The hourly range for this role is $24.61 to $30.76 hourly. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience qualifications geographic location and internal pay equity considerations.
